Drive

I have heard lots of great things about the book Drive by Daniel Pink. I decided to check it out from the public library. A few days later I mentioned I was reading the book during a Voxer conversation while planning #RuralEdChat. John Martin (@edventures) and Natalee Stotz (@NataeeStotz) said they would love to read it along with me. The Drive Voxer Book Study group was formed.

I am very excited. There are about 50 educators from around the world in this Voxer group now. We officially start on Tuesday. Why Tuesday? Simply, #RuralEdChat happens every Tuesday at 8:30 pm est. It only seemed natural that the book study would start a new chapter on Tuesday as well.

As I mapped out the calendar, it turns out we will finish this book study the week before ISTE this year. It fits perfectly, just like it was meant to be. I can’t wait to get driving!
